This is a nice duplex apartment in a newly built apartment block, near the city centre. The place has a bedroom upstairs which sleeps three persons in one double and one single bed. The bedroom downstairs sleeps two more people in a double bed. The place has got air-conditioning and a full separate kitchen with a dining area. There's also a terrace you can hang out on before going to the festival day starts.

Reservation is done by sending a €250 advance payment, the rest is payable on the date of arrival together with an additional €150 damage deposit, which is returned after the owner inspects the apartment.
