This is a nice apartment with two rooms - a bedroom and a living room. The apartment has air-conditioning, a full kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. It is also very nicely located relative to the Exit festival and the city centre.

Reservation is done by sending a 250 euro advance payment, the rest is payable on the date of arrival together with an additional 200 euro damage deposit, which is returned after the owner inspects the apartment.
