This is a newly renovated apartment with air-conditioning between the city's main train station and the centre. It has a bedroom with a narrow (120cm) double bed, so it is really only for a couple or two smaller people. The double bed in the living room is very comfortable on the other hand and can easily sleep 2 people.
Reservation is done by sending a 180 euro advance payment, the rest is payable on the date of arrival together with an additional 150 euro damage deposit, which is returned after the owner inspects the apartment.
