1. Who we are. "PREMIER" is an registered real estate company from Novi Sad, Serbia, with the seat at 3 Maxim Gorky Street (Максима Горког 3), Serbian Agency for economy registries reg. no. 50649008 (link). "PREMIER" is not a part of the EXIT organization. We are an independent real estate company. 2. How do I book an accommodation for the Exit festival? First of all you can pick any of the apartments from our catalogue. We provide assistance in order to help you choose, in the way of explaining the location, equipment and price of the selected apartment. When you pick your apartment, please email us its reference number and your data. To book any of the selected apartments, a certain advance payment is needed (usually between 1/3 and 1/4 of the full price). This advance payment is included in the full price, and the remainder of the money is to be paid at your arrival in Novi Sad. We currently accept payments through moneybookers.com (a service similar to PayPal, based in the UK), bank transfers or Western Union transfers (which are most reliable, but also more expensive than other means). When the money is received, you will be sent a confirmation email, including all the needed data for you to reach our office and the apartment. 3. Can Premier Realty also arrange a transfer from a local airport for me and my friends and what are the rates? Of course. The cities and airports available are Belgrade, Zagreb and Budapest Ferihegy 1 (for easyjet and wizzair flights) and 2 (other "non-cheap" airlines). We can arrange taxis or vans for larger groups. For specific dates and rates, check out our airport transfer page. 4. How do I get the keys for the flat booked? We will agree a time when to meet you in front of the apartment according to your schedule. Alternatively, the keys are available at our office in Maksima Gorkog 3. You can also call Milos Ristic on +381 65 5551144 when you come to get the keys. 5. Can I change my reservation? Reservations can only be changed before we give the advance payment to the owner. 6. What is our cancellation policy? A cancellation can be made at any time, but we kindly ask you to inform us if you are unable to come to the festival as far in advance as possible. Concerning refunds of paid advances, we can only make a 50% refund of paid advances if cancellation is made 3 months before the Exit starts (before 8th April 2010). If a cancellation is made after that date, we can refund 50% of your money only if the apartment gets rented for the Exit festival, but no more than 100 euro. The refunded sum is substracted by the bank transfer fee. 6. What is provided within the flat? Bedding, towels, 2 sets of keys for groups of four people and more, cutlery, crockery and etc. Each group also receives a Novi Sad map and a Serbian SIM Card.
